We will dig deeply into how you were raised, your expectations, values, narratives (the stories you tell yourself), relational patterns and attachment styles. We will explore societal norms and expectations and figure out what’s important to you so that we can form a guide of how to interact with your child in every situation with intention and grace. We will create a personalized parental roadmap for moving forward with ease and clarity and you will start to find confidence, competence, and security in your choices, while genuinely enjoying spending time with your child.

How long will it take to feel better?

While there is no definite answer, my clients have shared that they have started to feel better after our first session together. As parenting is a life-long journey, feeling confident in your decisions will take some time, but you can expect to feel better within the first 1-3 sessions.
